5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On August 16, 2021, Mission Produce, Inc. (the Company) announced that Michael A. Browne, Chief Operating Officer, has decided to retire effective September 3, 2021. Mr. Brownes duties will be transitioned to other members of the Companys experienced management team and directly overseen by Stephen J. Barnard, the Companys President and Chief Executive Officer.
